各位老师，上午好！我是土木工程XX班的，我的毕业设计题目是温州宇钢钢构公司轻钢结构厂房设计。本次毕业设计是在XXX老师的悉心指导下完成的，在此我首先要向认真严谨的a老师表示真挚的敬意和谢意，也向在坐的X老师、X老师、X老师等所有老师四年来孜孜不倦的教诲、以及今天不辞辛苦参加我的论文答辩表示衷心的感谢。下面我将本论文设计的主要内容向各位老师作一汇报，恳请各位老师给予批评与指导。

首先我向各位老师介绍下本毕业设计主要内容。

本设计分成两个主要部分：

第一部分是建筑设计。这部分主要在说明建筑物的平面图、立面图、剖面图以及构造要求的设计根据、具体内容、具体措施以及图纸。本工程为单脊双坡两跨结构的钢结构单层工业厂房，跨度21m,柱距6.0m,A3工作制的20t桥式吊车2台，牛腿标高6.5m,粗糙度B类。

本厂房地处温州，该地区基本风压为0.55kN/m2,基本雪压为0.10kN/m2因而选取屋面板以及墙面板均为蓝色YX-35-125-750压型板。

由于该厂房纵向长度为57.12m,所以不需设置伸缩缝；土壤地质条件较好，不需设置沉降缝；根据地震设防烈度为7度，也不需设置防震缝。

屋面排水方式采用有组织排水，屋面排水坡度1/20,内天沟纵向坡度千分之五，雨水管每侧6根，中间11根，用直径160的PVC雨水管。天沟宽度以及深度均根据规范要求设计。

此外，外墙底部窗台以下部分防撞墙采用240厚的空心砖墙，高度为0.9米，墙下设基础梁支撑在柱基础上，窗台以上部分采用35厚压型墙板（YX-35-125-750）外墙，墙板采用C型墙梁与刚架柱连接。

第二部分是结构图的设计。这部分主要是对结构的檩条、墙梁、抗风柱、柱间支撑、水平支撑、吊车梁、边柱、中柱、横梁节点以及基础进行内力分析计算和截面选取验算，此外，此部分还包括相关图纸。

其中，檩条选用截面为16622.5的冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。檩条跨度6米 ,故在跨中处设一道拉条。在屋脊处和屋檐处设置斜拉条，水平檩距1.5m.

围护墙墙梁跨度为6.0m,间距为1.2m.山墙墙梁跨度为5.25m,间距为1.2m.在墙梁间跨中位置设置一道拉条（12），在屋檐处设置斜拉条。墙梁选用截面为16723.0冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢，按双向受弯构件验算。

山墙抗风柱截面选用高频H型钢 30154.5 8两端铰接计算长度系数？？1.0,檐口设计标高为10.200m,抗风柱顶标高9.5m,地面以下-0.600m,按照压弯构件验算。

屋面横向水平支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，其中横杆按压杆验算稳定与强度，交叉斜杆按照拉杆验算强度。（A 、B、C轴）柱间支撑截面均采用热轧无缝钢管，按压杆计算强度与稳定。

吊车梁选取腹板厚12mm高度726mm,上翼缘截面均采宽度420mm厚度12mm,下翼缘截面均采用宽度250厚度12mm,验算吊车梁强度、稳定、挠度均符合规范要求。支座加劲肋厚度10mm宽度250mm,对其承压与稳定验算均符合要求。腹板横向加紧肋厚度10mm宽度110mm,验算其承压及稳定均符合要求。

本结构设计的关键部分是刚架计算与选取，边柱和中柱皆选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为5525112、5025114、梁选用焊接工字钢，截面尺寸为6025112,对其强度稳定以及变形进行验算均符合要求。

节点计算里，我验算了柱脚处、梁柱连接处、牛腿处进行内力计算、截面设计。与此同时，我还对基础梁与基础进行计算设计。

我的毕业论文指导老师是肖云老师。从确定选题、拟定提纲、完成初稿，到最后定稿，我得到了肖老师的精心细致指导，使我很快掌握了论文的写作方法，并在较短的时间里完成了论文的写作。不管今天答辩的结果如何，我都会由衷的感谢指导老师的辛勤劳动，感谢各位评委老师的批评指正。

下面我就把论文选题背景，写作基本思路以及存在不足向各位老师作如下简要陈述：

随着我国人口老龄化的加剧，养老问题已成为我国社会生活中存在的一个不容忽视的问题。由于家庭结构的变化，子女数量的减少，传统的家庭养老和社会养老已经不能适应我国目前快速老龄化的现状。在我国城市社区快速蓬勃发展，社区服务功能日益扩展和凸现的背景下，如何以社区为依托和载体，使之承担和发挥其养老服务功能，成为理论和实践上需要研究的`问题。

近年来，对城市社区养老服务问题的研究较之初期的研究已逐渐走向深入，研究视角也在不断拓展。从研究城市社区养老服务的文献来看，多数研究集中在社区的境况、老年人的生理特征、心理特征、养老工作存在的问题等方面，优势视角、增能理论也开始得到了初步应有。以社区照顾理论的视角来研究城市社区养老服务的研究也有不少，但目前运用的深入和全面分析尚不多见。虽然这些相关研究对城市社区养老服务的发展都起着极大的促进作用，但也存在着不足和缺陷。例如：多数研究从社会调查的角度出发，比如对我国老年人身体状况、生活状况的调查等;问题的分析多数也仅仅局限在浅层次的空洞层面，分析还不够深刻细致，让人知其然不知其所以然;对于问题解决，太过注重养老的物质层面，而忽略内心和精神层面;在方案的提出方面，考虑不够全面，大多停留在宏观政策的层面，很多措施抽象而不具体，也难以落实，同时也缺乏可行性。

因此，我在本文的写作过程中，结合当前城市社区养老服务的现状，全面分析其所存在的问题，在社区照顾理论的应用和深入下，重点从文化传统、思想观念、经济实力等方面着手，针对我国的城市社区养老服务发展初步提出建设性对策。希望能够为我国的城市社区养老服务的发展工作提供建议和参考。

全文共分四个部分，分别为：社区照顾理论的分析、我国城市社区养老服务的现状、我国城市社区养老服务所存在的问题及原因分析、社区照顾理论下我国城市社区养老服务的发展对策。

第一部分主要阐述了社区照顾理论的来源、相关概念、内涵及特点。旨在增加对该理论的理解。

第二部分主要在大量文献的查阅和实地考察的基础上，概括了我国城市社区养老服务的总体现状。主要有：城市社区养老服务领域不断拓宽;城市社区养老服务方式呈现多样;城市社区养老服务环境日趋优化。

第三部分主要提出了目前我国城市社区养老服务所存在的问题：(1)对社区养老服务认识不足(2)社区提供的服务项目较少(3)缺乏专业的养老服务人员，服务质量不高(4)社区医疗有待加强(5)政策法制不健全(6)资金缺乏且来源渠道单一。并对其进行了原因分析。

最后一部分针对存在的问题提出以下策略：1、充分发挥政府的主导作用，提高社区养老的意识 2、丰富社区养老服务项目3、加强对社区工作者的专业化培养，提高服务质量4、加强社区医疗水平5、完善相关的政策法规6、多渠道的筹集资金

本文采用的研究方法主要有：文献研究法、比较分析与实证分析法，

首先本文是在查阅大量相关资料和前人的研究情况下来进行写作的。

其次，本人对重庆市部分社区进行了走访调查，调查对象注意了地域代表性。最后，对大量的资料进行了归纳总结，分析原因，并提出几点可行的建议。

本文存在着一些不足之处，例如由于人力和时间有限，不能对各社区进行大范围的调查，改进与验证。

最后，我的论文是在□□老师的精心指导下完成的，他严谨治学的态度给了我潜移默化地影响。同时，在撰写的过程中，我学到了许多东西，丰富了自己的知识。
